Finance Assistant (posted 9-5-14)

  • Organize and maintain all Shareholder files
  • Assist with Shareholder transaction correspondence
  • Conduct quarterly audits of bank processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a manual of finance department processes and procedures
  • Provide pre-purchase analysis on securities purchased and maintain individual security files with ongoing disclosures, etc.
  • Create various ad-hoc analysis for Funds Management and Investment Committees
  • Input data and generate month end reports
  • Produce bi-weekly committee meeting packets and monthly Board report packets
  • Compile and input data into PowerPoint for Board presentations
  • Process accounts payable and credit card entries
  • Input monthly expenses in QuickBooks for Holding Company financials

  • Opens, renews and redeems all types of deposit accounts
  • Orders checks, ATM/debit cards
  • Responds to online requests for bill payments, ACH, wire transfers, etc.
  • Acts as back-up to Client Specialist as necessary
  • Ensures clients are aware of the products and services available to them and promotes BWB specialty products (remote deposit, online bill-pay, mobile banking, etc.)

Client Specialist (posted 8-30-14)

In this role you’ll be the face of the bank for our customers, establishing relationships to learn about their financial needs and provide responsive, accurate service by performing teller services such as processing deposits/withdrawals, issuing cashier’s checks, processing loan payments, etc.  This is an entry level position that is a mix of receptionist/teller and offers exposure to a variety of responsibilities, people and functions in a professional office environment that is unique in the banking industry.

Successful candidates will be professional, friendly, great communicators, detail oriented, and dedicated.   This would be a great opportunity for people with a retail background that want to move into an office setting or tellers who want a refreshing change from the corporate environment.   Hours are 8:15 to 4:45 Monday through Friday - No Saturdays!
