  • Develop and communicate the objectives and best practices for execution and implementation of compliance policy and procedures throughout the organization
  •  Partner with operational groups to fully integrate and maintain compliance policies, ensuring such principles are foundational to operating procedures and standards
  • Develop, implement and monitor internal compliance training programs
  • Communicate implications of policy expectations to the organization
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance monitoring and corrective action processes and procedures
  • Design and administer compliance reporting system
  • Provide regular detailed reporting on monitoring and corrective action to Audit Committee, Operations, Executive Management and Board of Directors
  • Develop and coordinate internal and external audit controls
  • Chair Compliance Committee

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Senior Credit Analyst (posted 9-30-14)

With over $650 million in assets, we’re one of the fastest growing banks in Minnesota.  As a Senior Credit Analyst you’ll provide support to the lenders by evaluating the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for lending credit with the bank.  Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collect, review and analyze loan requests, financial information, appraisals, title insurance, etc. for larger, more complex deals
  • Assist lenders with closings
  • Mentor Credit Analysts
  • Identify historical trends of businesses or markets
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries and recommendations on loan structure/pricing for lenders
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure accuracy
  • Assign risk ratings to support loan requests
  • Prepare annual reviews of existing loan relationships
  • Prepare credit presentations to be used in the credit approval process including: cash flow analysis, forecasting of future performance, industry trends, and loan performance histories

Client Specialist (posted 8-30-14)

In this role you’ll be the face of the bank for our customers, establishing relationships to learn about their financial needs and provide responsive, accurate service by performing teller services such as processing deposits/withdrawals, issuing cashier’s checks, processing loan payments, etc.  This is an entry level position that is a mix of receptionist/teller and offers exposure to a variety of responsibilities, people and functions in a professional office environment that is unique in the banking industry.

Successful candidates will be professional, friendly, great communicators, detail oriented, and dedicated.   This would be a great opportunity for people with a retail background that want to move into an office setting or tellers who want a refreshing change from the corporate environment.   Hours are 8:15 to 4:45 Monday through Friday - No Saturdays!
